At Zoom Out Mycology, every time there is tea, it’s a party. Hosting a tea party is a delightful way to gather friends and loved ones for a memorable and elegant event. For my 28th birthday i’m celebrating with a Golden themed tea party but it won’t be speckled with gold at all. This year I hope to honor the sun who I have spent most of life at odds with due to my appreciation for the rain. I aim to honor the sun by incorporating lots of sun loving fruits and time in nature making art.

1 Peach Caprese Salad: Arugula blend spring salad mix or Power Greens blend plus peaches, mozzarella and basil.
Roasted veggie (cauliflower, beets, carrots) + lemon basil and avocado cilantro form the hummus stop on Pita.
